How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $100 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping to Canada.

All orders over $200 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping to United States.

All orders over $300 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping to Rest of World.

Our store currency is in United States dollars.

The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.

If you used a promotional code that includes free shipping, it will apply to standard shipping only.

How fast do you ship my items?

Orders are processed within five (5) business days. Estimated delivery times are 1-2 business weeks.

During busy seasons (Lunar New Year, Holiday Season) or product releases, it may take up to a business week for orders to be shipped out. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Shipping times vary on shipping service selected and country of delivery.

Neo Dynasty, Neo Phoenix, Neo Accessories, Weapons & Collectibles, or Limited Edition / Rare items are shipped separately from your order by an importer via standard shipping method.
  • Processing time can take 3-10 business days.
  • Shipping time can take 15-30 days for delivery, regardless of shipping method chosen (tracking included).

    What if I pre-ordered an item?

    If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped after the pre-order item arrives. We will not split your shipments up.

    Will there be import / customs / brokerage charges? 

    We under declare the value of our items to save our customers money, but ultimately we cannot control and are not responsible for any charges, duties, or customs taxes that may be charged by your government / customs and border agency.

    Why was my order split up / why did I get multiple shipping notifications for my order?

    Your items may be packaged and / or shipped from different warehouses located in different locations around the world depending on the product ordered and / or your address of delivery. If that happens, you may get multiple shipping notification messages. Be patient, once your order finishes processing you will receive an email notification.
