When in doubt, please follow best these practices:
- Order one (1) size larger to make sure the item will fit (even if it's loose) rather than having an item that won't fit.
- Wash in cold water and hang dry your items to ensure they last. Do not dry in high heat settings or iron the garments.
Please review our store policy before purchasing a DYNASTY product.
If you are not happy with your product, please send us an email with your Order # to see if your return / exchange qualifies.
Defective / Damaged Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are happy to replace the item by sending you a replacement (if applicable).
Return / Exchange Eligibility:
- We allow exchanges for unworn, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact, where available, within 14 days after receiving your product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
- Returns / Exchanges are not applicable if the product has been used.
- Customer agrees to pay shipping both ways for returns / exchanges.
- Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Returned item(s) remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. Therefore, it is recommended for you to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the item(s). Do not return products without an agreement from us.
- For exchanges, please make a new order on our store to reserve the size / colour of the item that you want so that it does not go out of stock during this period.
- We follow this process to ensure fairness and equality for all of our customers when placing orders either for a new order or for an exchange order.
- We cannot promise to put items aside or away to reserve them for a potential future transaction, which may prevent a current active customer from being able to purchase the item / size they want.
- Due to merchant fees, we issue refunds via store credit only, minus shipping and fees, for any cancelled orders, exchanges, or returned merchandise.
- Orders can be changed or modified depending on availability of items, but they cannot be canceled after processing / shipping has begun.
- Please contact us within 24 hours if you require your order to be canceled, otherwise we cannot guarantee we are able to cancel your order once processing has begun.
- Canceled orders can only be reimbursed by store credit.
- Pre-order / Limited Edition items bought are final and order cannot be canceled.
- Products bought on sale, discounted items, bought with a promo code or gift card, or otherwise stated on the product page are final sale and not accepted for returns / exchanges.
- Promotional sales, orders placed with promo codes, or gift cards cannot be transferred to another order.
- You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all returns / exchanges.
- You will be charged a 10% transaction fee for changed orders, unless otherwise stated.
Return / Exchange Instructions:
Please ship your return / exchange using a regular courier (such as USPS) and mark the shipment as a gift. Avoid using services such as UPS, DHL etc. where shipping costs and chances of customs taxes are high.
We are not responsible for brokerage fees. If such a fee occurs we may decline to process your return / exchange or it will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
Please include us a note on what action to take for your return / exchange.
After we've received your item and confirmed it is unused, unwashed, and contains its original packaging, we will then credit you the correct amount as stated in our policy.
