Lü Bu 呂布 was a ferocious military general, politician, and warlord who was best remembered as an unmatched martial warrior during the Three Kingdoms period.
Nicknamed the "Flying General" (飛將軍), the General of Vehement Might (奮威將軍), Lü Bu wielded the Fāngtiān Huàjǐ (方天畫戟) polearm, specialized in archery and horse-riding, and was equally known for his martial prowess as for his polarizing, unpredictable, and volatile nature. Ultimately, as fearsome as he was, Lü Bu was a true renegade - powerful yet chaotic and his own worst enemy.
The Renegade design reimagines the mountain pattern armour (山文鎧) invented during the Tang dynasty with a fresh new take. This type of armor is made from a multitude of small pieces of iron or steel shaped like the Chinese character for the word "mountain" (山).
