We pride ourselves on making and offering the highest quality gear and clothing. Please make sure you check our product specifications, photos, care instructions, and size charts before purchasing a DYNASTY product.
If you are not happy with your product, please send us an email first to see if your return / exchange qualifies.
Return / Exchange Instructions:
Please ship your return / exchange using a regular courier with tracking and mark the shipment as a gift. Avoid using services such as UPS, DHL etc. where costs and chances of customs taxes are high. We are not responsible for brokerage fees. If such a fee occurs it will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
For exchanges, please make a new order on our store to reserve the size / colour of the item that you want so that it does not go out of stock during this process.
Please include us a note on what action to take for your return / exchange.
After we've received your item and confirmed it is unused, unwashed, and contains its original packaging, we will then credit you the correct amount as stated in our policy.
